核技術(shù)應(yīng)用具有高科技、高效能、高質(zhì)量特征，是新質(zhì)生產(chǎn)力最具代表產(chǎn)業(yè)之一。近年來，全球核技術(shù)應(yīng)用產(chǎn)業(yè)快速發(fā)展，近150個(gè)國家和地區(qū)開展核技術(shù)應(yīng)用的研發(fā)與應(yīng)用，產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模估值近萬億美元，已深度融入工業(yè)、農(nóng)業(yè)、醫(yī)學(xué)、生態(tài)環(huán)境、公共安全等國民經(jīng)濟(jì)各個(gè)領(lǐng)域，為經(jīng)濟(jì)快速增長(zhǎng)、產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)、新興產(chǎn)業(yè)培育、民生福祉改善等提供強(qiáng)勁動(dòng)力。我國政府高度重視核技術(shù)應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域，2024年10月中國國家原子能機(jī)構(gòu)等十二部委聯(lián)合印發(fā)了《核技術(shù)應(yīng)用產(chǎn)業(yè)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展三年行動(dòng)方案（2024-2026）》（以下簡(jiǎn)稱“三年行動(dòng)方案”），進(jìn)一步推動(dòng)核技術(shù)在國民經(jīng)濟(jì)領(lǐng)域更快、更好、更廣的深度融合，促進(jìn)核技術(shù)應(yīng)用產(chǎn)業(yè)的高質(zhì)量發(fā)展。

Nuclear technology applications are characterized by high technology, efficiency, and quality, representing one of the most significant sectors of new quality productive forces. In recent years, the global nuclear technology application industry has developed rapidly, with nearly 150 countries and regions engaged in R&D and applications. The industry scale is valued at nearly one trillion USD and has deeply integrated into sectors such as industry, agriculture, medicine, ecological environment, and public safety, providing robust momentum for economic growth, industrial transformation, emerging industry cultivation, and improved livelihoods.The Chinese government places high importance on nuclear technology applications. In October 2024, twelve ministries including CAEA launched the Three-Year Action Plan for High-Quality Development of Nuclear Technology Applications (2024–2026), aiming to significantly enhance China’s innovation capabilities and expand industrial fields by 2026, driving deeper integration of nuclear technologies into traditional industries.

2022年，中國核能行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)（以下簡(jiǎn)稱協(xié)會(huì)）成立了核技術(shù)應(yīng)用專業(yè)委員會(huì)，組織我國核技術(shù)應(yīng)用的骨干單位開展《中國核技術(shù)應(yīng)用產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展報(bào)告》編制、專業(yè)領(lǐng)域合作交流、共性問題研究等工作。2018、2023年成功舉辦了兩屆核技術(shù)應(yīng)用產(chǎn)業(yè)國際大會(huì)。

In 2022, China Nuclear Energy Association (CNEA) established the Nuclear Technology Applications Professional Committee to compile China Nuclear Technology Application Industry Development Report , facilitate stakeholder collaboration, and address cross-cutting challenges. CNEA previously hosted two successful international conferences in 2018 and 2023.

為宣貫“三年行動(dòng)方案”等相關(guān)國家政策，跟蹤國內(nèi)外最新動(dòng)態(tài)情況，促進(jìn)國際交流與合作，高效推動(dòng)產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新發(fā)展，協(xié)會(huì)將組織召開“2025年核技術(shù)應(yīng)用產(chǎn)業(yè)國際大會(huì)”。旨在搭建一個(gè)高端對(duì)話平臺(tái)，匯聚全球核技術(shù)領(lǐng)域的專家學(xué)者、企業(yè)家、政府官員及國際組織代表，共同探討核技術(shù)應(yīng)用的最新進(jìn)展、挑戰(zhàn)與機(jī)遇，促進(jìn)國際合作與項(xiàng)目對(duì)接，為核技術(shù)應(yīng)用產(chǎn)業(yè)推動(dòng)可持續(xù)發(fā)展貢獻(xiàn)力量。

To promote Three-Year Action Plan and national policies, share global updates, foster international cooperation, and accelerate innovation, CNEA will organize the China International Conference on Nuclear Technology Application (CICNTA 2025). The conference aims to build a high-level dialogue platform for experts, entrepreneurs, policymakers, and international representatives to discuss advancements, challenges, and opportunities in nuclear technology applications, driving sustainable development through global collaboration.
