上海電氣與“一帶一路”核能國際合作

上海電氣參與“一帶一路”核能國際合作，起步于巴基斯坦恰?，斠黄诠こ蹋瑸樵摴こ烫峁┝撕藣u和常規(guī)島的主設(shè)備、輔助設(shè)備，以及儀控儀表等。在秦山二期60萬千瓦、嶺澳二期100萬千瓦和AP1000示范項(xiàng)目等核電工程上，通過與美國西屋、西班牙恩薩、法國法馬通、德國西門子等國際核電巨頭的合作，形成了自主研發(fā)與技術(shù)引進(jìn)和技術(shù)合作相結(jié)合，具備了從六十萬千瓦向百萬千瓦級(jí)跨越，從二代向三代核電技術(shù)跨越的核電主設(shè)備成套制造的綜合能力，國產(chǎn)化自主制造初具產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模。2015年，上海電氣與法國法馬通合作承接了出口南非Koeberg核電站的6臺(tái)更換蒸汽發(fā)生器制造任務(wù)，實(shí)現(xiàn)了“核電裝備走出去”的重大突破。“一帶一路”核能國際合作任重而道遠(yuǎn)，上海電氣期待與國內(nèi)同行一起攜手走出去，打響“中國核電裝備”的品牌。

Abstract:

Shanghai Electric’s participation in Belt and Road international nuclear cooperation started with Chashma Project Phase I, Pakistan, by providing main equipment, auxiliaries and I&C, etc of NI and CI for the project. In nuclear power projects such as 600MW Qinshan Phase II, 1000MW Liang’ao Phase II and AP1000 Demonstration Project, we realized combination of independent R&D, technology import and technical cooperation through cooperation with international nuclear power giants such as Westinghouse of USA, Ensa of Spain, Framatome of France and Siemens of Germany, and obtained the comprehensive ability of manufacturing complete set of main nuclear power equipment, with a leap from 600MW to 1000MW, from nuclear technology Gen2 to Gen3, and accomplished initial industrial scale of domestically independent manufacturing. In 2015, Shanghai Electric realized a great breakthrough in Nuclear Power Equipment Global Strategy by cooperating with Framatome to undertake the manufacture of 6 replacement Steam Generators for Koeberg NPP, South Africa. Belt and Road international nuclear cooperation is a long way to go. Shanghai Electric is looking forward to going global with domestic peers to create a great brand of Chinese Nuclear Power Equipment.
